Carlie graduated from RMIT in 2009 with a Masters in Osteopathy and additional qualifications in personal training. Whilst studying Carlie spent 5 years as an injury management sports trainer with the Northern Football League, assisting with acute and chronic sporting injuries and complaints.
Carlie's passion lies within preventative medicine as she regularly practises yoga and engages in a range of physical activity including but not limited to horse riding, snowboarding and exercising her two dogs.
Carlie works with patients to get to the source of the problem and develop individual treatment and management plans to enable the patient to maintain a healthly lifestyle. Carlie also has a keen interest in womens health and assisting with pregnancy related pains/discomfort that come about from so many postural changes over a short period of time.
Carlie also has qualifications in Global Posturology – where assessment and treatment of the feet can have substantial changes throughout the entire body. This includes the fitting of posture control insoles (PCI's) that can assist with whole body biomechanics.
Carlie is a registered Osteopath with the Osteopathy Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA).
